Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst and Ad Operation Manager, who will join our tech team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and innovative with a background in data analysis.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with responsible stakeholders to collect, define, analyze, and document requirements for reports, dashboards, and tools
• Build and maintain effective dashboards, visualizations, reports, and analytical tools using Tableau and Advanced Excel techniques
• Participate in Data Warehouse design and maintenance: connect new data sources, identify changes in the existing data sets, optimize DWH performance
• Implement conversion tracking set-up and troubleshot tracking issues
• Provide end user support and guidance on best practices and approaches to design effective dashboards and analytics
• Acquire and analyze new data sources to inform new analytics development
• Provide timely execution of assigned tasks in an agile development environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Finance, Statistics or equivalent track-record
• Proven success functioning in a BI Analyst or a similar role
• Strong SQL skills as well as proficiency working with Tableau and Excel (VBA, Google Apps Scripts)
• Knowledge about DWH, ETL, Relational Databases
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
• Good technical understanding of digital ad tracking (e.g. experience with HasOffers, Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, etc.)
• Basic understanding of any major scripting languages (Python, Javascript, R, etc)
• Experience with issue tracking (e.g. Jira, Trello, etc.)
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility and suggest different business intelligence tools and technologies boost performance
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English
